Kevin Kristl, MD
Meet Dr. Kevin Kristl, an exceptional neurologist with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. He obtained his MD from the University of South Alabama Medical Center, and completed his residency in the Department of Neurology at the same institution. Dr. Kristl’s expertise and commitment to neurological health have earned him membership in prestigious professional societies, including the American Medical Association, American Academy of Neurology, Indiana State Medical Association, and St. Joseph County Medical Association. His contributions have been recognized with a 15-year Practice Award from Memorial and St. Joseph Regional health Center. Dr. Kristl currently sees all new patients.
Candie Books, RN, MSN, FNP-C
We are excited to announce the addition of Candie Books, RN, MSN, FNP-C. Candie is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and brings over 15 years of nursing experience along with her NP experience as a hospitalist. Candie treats headaches, seizures, dementia, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis (MS), and neuropathy. She also performs BOTOX® injections for migraine treatment. Candie currently handles all follow-up appointments.
Andrea Borders, RN, MSN, AGACNP-BC
Andrea is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with advanced training and certification for integrative medicine. She takes a person-centered approach that addresses the root causes of chronic health conditions. Andrea’s clinical focus includes weight management, insulin resistance, hormonal balance, and digestive health—key areas that are often interconnected and foundational to longevity. By combining evidence-based medicine with lifestyle and nutritional strategies, she works with patients to create personalized plans that incorporate advanced diagnostic testing, targeted supplementation, and coaching on lifestyle modifications.
